WHAT IS A COMMUNITY GARDEN?
A community garden is a single piece of land gardened collectively by a group of people. Community gardens provide a source of inexpensive, nutritious food, an opportunity for physical activity, and a source of personal and community pride. The Taunton Community Garden is proposed to be located on land adjacent the Taunton Nursing Home on Norton Avenue.
