  • $25 Additional if There Is a Common Kitchen

  • $50 Permit Fee per Year

Pools / Spa

  • $150 Pool Permit per Year
  • $150 Spa Permit per Year

Septic Haulers

  • $100 per Truck/Trailer per Year

  • Title 5 Report Submittal Fee $25
  • Percolation Test Application New Construction: $300 plus $250 Consultant Fee
