City of Taunton I.T. Department is currently a staff of 2, supporting 30 departments across 16 locations within the City. Supported Programs include:

• Administration and Finance
• User Services and Desktop Support
• Network Services
• Management Information Systems
• Database Services
• Enterprise Support (Water and Sewer Utilities)
• Voice Services
• Office Services
• Online permitting

Goals focus on maintaining a stable, up to date network and end-user environment that enables and enhances user productivity.
