The Treasurer Collector's Office meets its statutory duties of maximizing City revenues and paying the City's obligation while providing the highest level of customer service possible, and safeguarding all public assets. The Treasurer Collector's Office strives to accommodate tax and rate payers, as well as employees and retirees of the City. For the convenience of individuals making payment to the City, payment of taxes and utility bills can be made in person, mailed to our lockbox, online, or at the after hour drop box.
