One-Day Free Residential Waste Drop-Off Event

Mayor O'Connell and the City of Taunton Department of Public Works will be hosting a One-Day Free Residential Waste Drop-Off Event on Saturday, September 23, 2023 from 7AM to 3PM at the City Convenience Center, 330 East Britannia Street.
Proof of Taunton residency (i.e. driver's license, utility bill, etc.) will be required before drop-off.
Materials accepted are household trash, bulk item not to exceed 75 lbs, yard waste, recycling and paper shredding services. Materials that will not be accepted are mattresses, household hazardous waste (paint, batteries and oil), electronics and appliances.
